Florida Administrative Code 64E-16
 All facilities that generate biomedical waste must be licensed and inspected at least every 3 years.
These inspections address the storage, treatment and disposal of all biomedical waste generated by the noted facility.

Birth and Death Certificates Requests received before 12 NOON will be available after 3PM same day.
Requests made after 12 NOON will be available after 10:00am the following day.
