The tanning facility program is designed to offer guidelines to owners and operators of tanning facilities for maintaining their devices in accordance with Florida Administrative Code.  This protects the users of these beds by ensuring uniform controls are met.

Birth and Death Certificates Requests received before 12 NOON will be available after 3PM same day.
Requests made after 12 NOON will be available after 10:00am the following day.
